Your Parents always tell us to drink water . Ya! Mine also . But We have to know why we need to drink water . So this presentation describe you why we need to drink water?

People need to drink water to survive. Your body is roughly 60 percent water, your mind is 70 percent water, and your lungs are almost 90 percent water. Every day, your body must supplant 2.4 liters – or around 2.5 quarts of water – through ingested fluid and sustenances.
